🔐

On-device security

Credentials are stored in the Apple Keychain and never synced to a developer server. Connections use TLS by default, and you stay in full control of what is sent.

🧭

Clean navigation

A focused information architecture with a modern side menu, powerful lists, and context-aware detail screens for SAP systems, servers, databases, and workflows.

⚙️

Workflow control

Browse workflow variants, review executions, and monitor compatible runs. The app respects server-side permissions and never bypasses your Avantra role model.

💬

Built-in support

Report ideas or issues from within the app. Attach an optional screenshot and keep an anonymous local ID for follow-ups. No analytics or device fingerprinting.

🌓

Dark-first design

A minimal, responsive UI that feels at home on iPhone and iPad. Smooth scrolling, readable typography, and fast rendering even with large data sets.

🛡️

Your data, your rules

Support

For questions or issues, you can use the in-app ticket system or e-mail. Only the information you explicitly enter is transmitted. There is no background telemetry and no crash analytics SDK.

  • 📩 E-mail: support@avarisone.de
  • 💬 In-app tickets: Support & Ideas menu in the app
  • 🔗 Web endpoint (server): https://support.avarisone.de

Tickets contain only the fields you submit (type, subject, body, optional screenshot, optional contact, local anonymous ID). You can delete local data from iOS settings at any time.

Privacy first

The privacy policy explains what the app stores locally, how the anonymous ID works, and how long server-side tickets are kept. Avaris One is compatible with Avantra but not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Avantra or Syslink.

FAQ

Is Avaris One affiliated with Avantra or Syslink?

No. It is a private, independent project by Jan Gerster. There is no endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship, and no official relationship.

How do I connect the app to my server?

Open the server setup, enter a display name and the base URL of your Avantra installation, and authenticate with an API key from your user settings. The app uses your permissions; nothing is proxied through a developer service.

Does the app collect analytics or use trackers?

No. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or fingerprinting libraries. The app performs only the requests required to show the data you ask for.

Where are my credentials stored?

On device, in the Apple Keychain. Credentials are not transmitted to the developer and are never stored on a developer server.

What about TLS and certificates?

TLS is used by default. If you temporarily disable certificate checks for testing, the app warns you because traffic may then be at risk. Use trusted certificates for production.

Which data can I see?

Depending on your server role, you can browse landscapes, systems, databases, checks, and workflows. Execution details and pattern views are derived from the data exposed by the GraphQL API.

Does it work offline?

The app caches recent views for quick access. Actions that require the server (like refreshing data or triggering workflows) need a connection.

Platform support

Avaris One targets current iOS and iPadOS versions and adapts layouts to different screen sizes. Feature availability can depend on the capabilities of your server.

Can the free variant change?

Yes. The free variant may change or be discontinued without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates to the terms and the privacy policy.
