This is a private hobby project for personal and educational use. It may be used by anyone, but no liability of any kind is accepted.
Privacy Policy
Scope. Avaris One is an independent client that connects to Avantra-compatible GraphQL APIs configured by you. The app contains no analytics, no ads, no tracking SDKs, and performs no background data collection beyond what is technically required to serve your requests.
1) Core App Data
- API credentials (base URL, username, API key): stored locally in the Apple Keychain on your device.
- No developer cloud: credentials and API traffic are not routed through or stored on developer-controlled servers.
- TLS by default: connections use TLS unless you explicitly disable checks for testing. The app warns you if certificate validation is turned off.
- Local storage: settings, favorites, and caches remain on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
2) Support via In-App Ticket System
When you submit a ticket or idea, only the following fields are transmitted to the support server at support.avarisone.de:
- type (“ticket” | “idea”), subject, body
- attachment (optional screenshot), uploaded as multipart
- user_id (optional) — an anonymous ID stored locally and sent with future requests
- X-App-Id header with the app identifier (e.g., “Avaris One iOS”).
Not sent: device diagnostics, system logs, OS version, device model, analytics identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprinting data.
Legal basis (GDPR): Art. 6(1)(b) (handling your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in maintaining service quality). Retention: up to 24 months after last activity or until deletion is requested, unless statutory retention duties apply.
3) Support via E-mail
If you contact support@avarisone.de, your address, message content, subject, attachments, and standard e-mail metadata are processed for handling your request. Retention up to 24 months unless legal duties require otherwise.
4) Your Rights (GDPR)
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability for personal data you provide to the support channels.
- Objection to processing where Art. 6(1)(f) applies.
- Complaint right with your competent data protection authority.
Requests can be sent to support@avarisone.de. For app-local data (Keychain, caches), you can remove them via iOS settings or by uninstalling the app.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties (express or implied), including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Exclusions of Liability
- Malfunctioning or incorrect workflows or automated actions
- Programming errors, bugs, or defects in the app or its code
- Incorrect, delayed, or incomplete API data
- Data loss, corruption, or configuration issues
- Security incidents, unauthorized access, or credential misuse
- System downtime, interruptions, incompatibilities, or loss of business
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
